If you are staying at a nearby hotel, we recommend using the complimentary tram car shuttle or uber. For those driving, please use the Caesar's parking garage for parking. Upon arrival to Caesars, you may valet or self park. Please walk past Caesars front desk lobby and casino floor, crossing over the Boardwalk via the Playground Pier Sky Walk. All signage inside Caesars Hotel will direct you to ‘The Pier Shops’. Once inside the Playground Pier (Pier Shops) take the first set of escalators to the 3rd Level by Philips Seafood. Follow the windowed walkway along the restaurants to the very end of the pier, where the escalator to One Atlantic is located.
When you get into the Pier, go to the third floor and walk past Phillips, Continental walking all the way back towards the ocean. You will find a set of escalators that will lead you to the entrance of the venue. Guest check in will take place at the 3rd floor escalator overlooking the atrium balcony. If needed, a glass elevator is located midway through the Pier and can be accessed from all levels. The glass elevator brings you to the 3rd level where you can continue toward the end of the pier and guest check-in. Should you arrive prior to our event, The Playground Pier offers a breathtaking view while you wait!
Yes! There will be a tram shuttle running an hour prior to the venue from 4:45-5:45 and 10:30-11:30 from Ocean Resort to One Atlantic. Please meet outside Ocean Resort on the boardwalk for this. In addition, a complimentary tram is available on the boardwalk outside of The Playground Pier Shops, to bring guests to the rear entrance of the pier, where One Atlantic is located. If you are staying at, or parking in Caesars, please descend to the boardwalk via the escalator in Caesars, just prior to entering The Playground Pier Shops, to access a tram car. If you are arriving via a walk along the boardwalk, the tram will be waiting outside of The Playground Pier Shops on the boardwalk beginning 3o minutes prior to the event start time.
Our venue is following all local and state safety restrictions. Our cocktail hour and reception will be indoors with an option to enjoy your drinks and the views from the rooftop terrace. All doors to the terrace will remain open throughout the night for additional air flow. All tables will be very spaced out as our venue is rather large and can accommodate up to 450 seated guests for a reception. All employees of the venue will be wearing masks.
