We kindly ask that you RSVP by November 16th, 2025, so we have plenty of time to communicate with vendors about final numbers.
Our ceremony begins promptly at 6:30 pm, with doors opening at 6:00 pm. Please plan to arrive in the building no later than 6:15 pm to give you time to figure out parking and transportation, if needed. Once the ceremony begins, we will ask the venue to not open the doors until the ceremony is over, around 6:50 pm.
It's NYE, let's dress it up and have fun with it! Officially, you could call it formal or black-tie optional. But break out those sparkles, glitz, and glam and show up in your most fun, exciting dresses and suits!
If you have a plus one attached to your invitation, they will be listed as you RSVP on the website. If there is no plus one listed on your invitation, then we kindly ask that you adhere to not bringing one.
While we love children, we ask that our wedding is a kept a child free event, saving immediate family members that we have invited. We want you to enjoy your night without any kids around to take away from the NYE fun! Plus, as teachers, we are requesting we keep our night sans children to enjoy our time away from school (lol).
Unfortunately, Cincinnati Music Hall does not have a private lot attached to it. You have a few options in and around Washington Park. You may also access Cincinnati Music Hall's website for parking maps and transportation information at this link: https://www.cincinnatiarts.org/plan-your-visit/visit-music-hall/directions-parking-1 Washington Park Garage - This is right across the venue and underground, with many spots available. 1230 Elm Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 Town Center (CET) Garage - This is right behind the venue (on the same street as TQL stadium), with many spots available. 1251 Central Parkway Cincinnati, Ohio 45214 SP Parking Lot - This is an uncovered lot near the venue, right at Washington Park. 1228 Elm Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 Mercer Garage - This garage is a few streets over, on the other side of Washington Park. It's further from the venue, but also in the middle of OTR businesses, if you were planning to be in that area before the wedding began. 5 Mercer Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 We also have a Street Car system that people can use for free that has a stop letting off right in front of the venue. Be sure to check the Street Car map to see if this is a good option for you: https://www.cincinnati-oh.gov/streetcar/how-to-ride/hours-route-and-station-stops/ Ubers and Lyfts are also a popular way to get around the city.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer / videographer and have assigned more intimate and personal videos and photos to certain family and friends in the audience. Please sit back and just take in the moment with us!
