Yes, parking is free for you at the venue! Go to the main John Ball Zoo parking lot. You will be transported to the Tree House from the main lot by Zoo staff. You may also leave your vehicles in the lot overnight if you need/choose to Uber or Lyft to your accommodations afterwards.
Yes, Kaitlin & Nihal will be renewing their vows first thing. The ceremony will be quite short before we begin the party :)

We will have an open bar with a selection of beer, wine, and house liquors with mixers and soft drinks. The bar will open before the ceremony with wines & beers, begin mixed drinks at cocktail hour, and remain open until 9:30 pm. Our venue does not allow a last call, so please note the time if you'd like a final drink (please get our money's worth).
Yes! The bar will also have soft drinks and water. Additionally, an espresso bar will be available starting at cocktail hour. The espresso bar is free for guests and includes coffee & espresso drinks (decaf included) with most common flavors and syrups.

Plan to arrive at the venue 5:15-5:30 pm. There are transports up to the Tree House from the main parking lot that will carry guests. The ceremony will begin at 5:45 pm or when all guests arrive, whichever happens first.
