Please use the link to book your hotel room for the night of the wedding. A shuttle will be provided to transport everyone from the hotel to the venue and vice versa at the end of the night. If you are looking to book a room, please do so before June 30th, 2026 as the rooms that have been blocked off will be released after this date. The link seems to work best on computers/laptops, but if you encounter any issues while booking you can call the hotel and book under Katie & Marks wedding reservation block. The magic school bus: hotel to venue

August 8, 2026 3:45 pm - 4:15 pm

The shuttle will come twice to pickup from the hotel and drop off at the venue. The first pickup is at 3:15pm and second at 3:40pm. We recommend everyone to be outside for the shuttle at 3:10pm to ensure everyone gets to the venue on one of the 2 shuttles.

The shuttle will have 3 pick up times going from the venue back to the hotel. The first is at 11:15pm. Second at 12am (midnight). The last being 1am when the venue will be closing.
