What do I wear?

Answer

Dress up with us! Formal attire, including suits with a jacket and tie, and floor-length or midi-length dresses are requested. Please avoid casual attire, including jeans, khakis, shorts, polos, short dresses, or flip-flops.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

To keep our day as intimate as possible, we are not able to accommodate any additional guests. All invited guests will be named on the invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue by 3:45PM to ensure a smooth and stress-free start to our ceremony. Doors will open approximately 15 minutes before the 4:00PM start time. Please note that once the ceremony begins, late entry may not be possible, so we encourage guests to arrive with plenty of time to be seated comfortably.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony by enjoying the moment without devices. Our professional photographer will beautifully capture every special detail, and we'll gladly share those images with you afterward. While we ask that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony, we warmly welcome your candid snapshots during the reception—feel free to document the celebration and share your memories with us!

Where do I park?

Complimentary valet parking is provided for all wedding guests. If you're staying at The Westin, a shuttle service will transport you to and from the venue. Detailed shuttle departure times will be posted shortly!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While Florida's weather can be unpredictable, anticipate mild to cool daytime temperatures and chilly evenings. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, with the reception held inside. If necessary, we'll have heaters available to ensure everyone's comfort. We recommend dressing in layers, and stylish coats and shawls are both practical and welcome.

We love your little ones as much as you do. However, besides our flower girl, we have decided to keep our wedding to adults only.
