Will there be transportation from the hotels?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation to and from the Apple Tree Inn and Julian Lodge. If you are going to the after party, please be aware that transportation will not be provided back to your hotel. The two pick up locations will be from Apple Tree Inn and Julian Lodge. Please specify whether you will need transportation in your RSVP.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of free parking for the the ceremony/reception site. There is no overnight parking however, so please plan to have a designated driver.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

NO! Due to fire hazards at the venue, absolutely no smoking is permitted at the ceremony/reception venue. You will be fined

Answer

The entire wedding will be outside, and temperatures will drop as the sun sets. There is also uneven terrain so please choose shoes accordingly
