So. I started working at Top Golf in August of 2018. I was excited to make some pretty decent money with my bestie (though she didn't start until a few months later). I was in a relationship at the time so it was easy to focus on the cash flow. As time went on, I became familiar with my associates including the kitchen managers. Josh was one of them. He made it clear he had a crush on me, but I am a faithful woman, and as much as he respected that, he still made sure I knew where he stood- in my way to get his daily hug. We did become good work friends, hanging out on smoke breaks (he never smoked) and just gettin the job done as well as making sure I ate, (cause I wasn't gonna pay for it (lbs)). A few times, he had proclaimed that I was his future wife, but I shrugged it off and laughed. I was pretty anti-marriage at the time. A few months after I became single, he asked me out on a date cause he wasn't going to let me stay on the market for too long. We went on our first date at Vinoklet Winery, where he was such a gentleman and I knew I was in trouble. I knew the level of comfort he gave me could be something I could get used to. I'll admit, it was scary how fast we clicked, but when you're used to dead-end relationships, you tend to be more up-front about who you are and what you want. Now, it wasn't always sunshine and roses, but we buried the blues for fresh roses to grow. So here I am, his Queen to be, the happiest and most comfortable woman in the world!

What's up, everybody! I can't believe I'm about to get married! (PAUSE) B.E.T INTRO "LET ME TELL YOU HOW IT ALL WENT DOWN" (REWIND) Let me take you back to the late summer of '18 at work minding my business taking a fresh air break (smoke break for non-smokers.) Hanging out with some of the work fellas. Then all I see is this 5ft nothing figure(really 4"11) strutting her stuff and swinging them hips as she walks. Thinking in my head I like the way she walks. So as we all know when you see someone of interest you go full First 48 detective mode. Im asking around who is lil shorty with the strong walk. So after some hard work and questions I find out her name and her relationship status. KAITLIN WAS NOT ON THE MARKET! Not gon lie one bit I was a little salty. I introduce myself to her " Hey how you doing my name is Josh one of the Kitchen Managers here I see you walking around here all hard and confident." Kaitlin smirks and hit me with the peace sign two to the side. I couldnt let it slide so everytime I see her I gotta throw my 2 cents in (REALLY TRYING TO SEE HOW SOLID HER RELATIONSHIP IS.)Like the lyrics from the song Caramel sang "SHE HAD A BOYFRIEND WHEN I MET HER, BUT HE A LAME SO YOU KNOW I HAAAD TO GET HER!" Time goes on my inside man says you know her and her dude split up take your shot. Next time we see each other she knows I know about the recent development in the case. I ask her out as a gentleman does. First few times it was politely declined. Then I approched her one final time "YOU KNOW YOU SHOULD REALLY LET ME TAKE YOU OUT I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT" I take her to Vinoklet you know Wine and Dine (literally!) I pull up fly as ever we have an amazing time. So times goes on, a few more dates a few more BBQ's it is feeling right!! One day at work Kaitlin and I see a couple get engaged. I look over and say "YOU KNOW YOUR GOING TO BE MY WIFE." Of course she laughs and waves me off. So I insisted to yell "I FOUND MY FUTURE WIFE!!" in the middle of the bar! One would then say the rest is HISTORY but if you know me I couldn't let my life be that easy. We later part ways for a few months...But I couldn't stay away for long, I was back in no time. I knew it was meant to be because it felt like no time was missing. Love is the thing that everyone spends their life trying to find and some settle for it. I can say that with Kaitlin LOVE fell on my doorstep when I least expected it.
