What if I tried to book a room under the hotel block but they were out of rooms?

Answer

As long at it's prior to 10/3/24, and the hotel block is out of rooms, we request that you contact Kaitlin and/or Jackson to let them know. They will do their best to contact the hotel to request additional rooms under the block.

What time will the shuttle leave from Cambria Plano/Frisco to head to the venue?

Answer

The shuttle will leave at 3:45 PM. Please be there promptly to get on the shuttle, as it will not wait for you.

Can I drive myself to the venue?

Answer

Of course! There's plenty of free parking. We just ask that you don't drive if you plan on drinking. Ubers are usually always readily available, and you can always take the shuttle back to the Cambria Plano/Frisco hotel.

How many times will the shuttle make trips back to the hotel?

Answer

The plan is for the shuttle to take 2 trips back to the hotel - one trip leaving at 8 PM, and the last one leaving at 10 PM.
