Please arrive at 4:30 p.m. so that the ceremony can start promptly at 5:00 p.m.
There is a shuttle that will provide transportation to and from the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn. The shuttles will begin transporting guests to the venue at 3:45. The shuttles will make additional trips as necessary; however, please be downstairs at 3:45 so that all guests can be timely transported. For the return, there will be a shuttle going to both hotels at 9:00 p.m. Shuttles will also be available outside of the venue after 9:00 p.m. to make additional trips as guests feel inclined to depart. NOTE: If you are staying at the Hyatt and need transportation, you must reach out to Kaitlin by Thursday June 18th so that proper transportation may be provided.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Cars may be left overnight and must be picked up by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday or will be subject to towing.
Formal attire is required.
While we love your little ones, children are not permitted.
