The name for the block is “Harrison & Orozco About 10 minutes away from Fern Hall. Rates and availability will be held until August 2, 2026 (60 Days) prior to the start of the reservation block. *There will be a shuttle from this hotel to the ceremony* Parking is limited at the estate. Call the hotel directly at 570-536-6020 for rates & availability to be honored. Reservations must be booked directly through the property. The hotel is unable to modify reservations that are booked through Third Party Travel Agents. Cleaning Fee ($7.50) or Delaware Highlands Conservancy ($2.00 one-time), Amenity Fee ($10 per night), Settlers Cares ($1.00 one-time) or nightly Sales & Occupancy Taxes (13%). Reservations have a 60-day cancellation policy attached to them. If a cancellation needs to get made, it must be done 60 days prior to the arrival date to avoid the guest being charged a cancellation fee. All reservations will have a non-refundable deposit of one night's room and tax charged 60 days in advance of the arrival date. Reservations may be made after the cutoff date at prevailing rates based on availability. Prevailing rates means whatever the rate is set at when the guest calls to book. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the block rate after the cut-off date has passed. As this is a courtesy hold, Hotel Anthracite does not guarantee availability or rates for these rooms at any time. We will make best efforts to accommodate your guests. To ensure guest privacy, rooming lists will only be provided to the contact for the block. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and can be confirmed the day of arrival or departure.
