Our wedding venue (Blue Ocean Event Center) is situated directly on Salisbury Beach, which has a few restaurants and bars located within short walking distance. There is also an arcade (Joe's Playland) and the famous beach pizza from Tripoli and Cristy's. The beach is great, particularly at low tide (be sure to check the tide charts in advance).
The Deck is the ultimate spot for waterfront drinks. The live music on the upper deck is fun when they have it!
Exploring Newburyport, MA (where we now live in our first home together) is a great way to spend the day! Hampton Beach is known for its "strip" which hosts a number of casual shops, restaurants and bars. The beach here is long and wide with a playground.
