FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not addressed here, please reach out to Kaitlin or Bryce at (918) 636-6623. Thank you!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is January 27th, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no." We need to provide the venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we hope you can understand.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony and where can I park?

Answer

Please arrive at The Bower venue between 5:00 pm and 5:15 pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 5:30 pm. The venue has plenty of free parking spaces, and there will be a parking attendant to help out.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding day is formal attire. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a suit (tie is optional), and that women wear a floor-length or tea-length evening gown. Please note that the ceremony will be fully indoors, while the reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings- including a patio and lawn during the cocktail hour (weather permitting). Ladies who are concerned about heels sinking in grass may choose to wear a block heel. Ladies, also keep in mind the Oklahoma weather. We're hoping for a nice, wind free evening that is a decent temperature for late February, but this is Oklahoma!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony, as well as wine, beer, and other liquor available during dinner and the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!
