Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! All wedding events on Saturday, February 15th will take place at Vie by Cescaphe located at 600 N. Broad Street in Philadelphia, PA. Vie is in the heart of Philadelphia’s Center City, just above City Hall.

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to hold our ceremony outside in Vie's charming courtyard, weather pending. We will have heaters, but please plan to bring a coat in case of colder temperatures. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors in the modern ballroom.

Will transportation to the venue be provided?

Answer

We have arranged for Trolley shuttles to and from Vie for those staying at the Hotel Palomar and Sofitel. Pick up times will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

There will be complimentary valet service available at Vie.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Black Tie Optional Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, Vie is an ADA compliant venue.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Vie will be taking entree orders tableside and will be prepared to handle dietary restrictions upon request - this includes gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. If you have any severe allergies, please let us know and we will make note of it for their team.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only affair.
