Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

We have a room block at the Anchorage Inn on Long Beach Ave where we will have trolley service to and from the reception. Please call to reserve a room and let them know you’re staying for the Mulcahey/Crory wedding. We advise you to book as soon as possible. Is there parking at the church?

Answer

The church has a parking lot and overflow parking is allowed on the street. There is also a parking lot on Church Street at the York Ballpark Field.

Are there any restaurants near the hotel?

Answer

The Sun & Surf Restaurant is directly across the street and has beautiful views of Long Sands and Nubble Light. Stone's Throw, Lulu's at the Nevada Hotel and the Lobster Cove are also a short walk away and great for food & drinks! If you're looking for some nightlife, we recommend heading down to "The Center" and stopping by the Inn on the Blues or the Sand Dollar for live music!

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking if you wish to take your own car.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal/Cocktail attire is encouraged. Dancing shoes are required!

What should we do in between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will end at around 4:00pm and cocktail hour will begin at 5:00pm with trolleys departing the Anchorage at 4:30pm and 4:50pm. This would be a good time to check-in to your hotel if you weren't able to do so before the ceremony. The York Beach Beer Company is also down the road if you have time to grab a beer!

Will we be outside?

Answer

We hope to enjoy the beautiful grounds of the York Golf & Tennis Club from inside and outside. The cocktail hour will be held on the lawn (weather permitting) with dinner and dancing on the covered porch inside the clubhouse. Keep in mind, October nights in Maine can be chilly so bring a wrap!
