When do we need to book our hotel?

Answer

The Ariel requests that guests book prior to April 15th, 2026 due to high demand for the holiday weekend.

Are there any other hotels close by?

Answer

Yes; while we recommend the Ariel because it is so close to the venue, Homewood Suites by Hilton at 4930 Transportation Dr, Sheffield, OH is 6.1 miles from the venue.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is summer semi-formal. We would recommend wearing sundresses, polo shirts, etc. Though we please ask, no white!

Will there be transportation from the hotel?

Answer

Hotel guests may shuttle from the Ariel to Sunset Terrace.
