While we officially met working at the Apple Store six years ago, we didn't spend much time together until our mutual friends began to hang out in 2017. Every time that group would get together, we found ourselves gravitating to each other. We shared the same passions and had an easy ability to make each other laugh. But for the record, Kaitlin is funnier than Danny. A few trips to theme parks, movie theaters, and craft cocktail bars later, we knew there was a special connection.

To celebrate our anniversary, we took a trip to Key West this past October. We kicked off the trip with a beautiful sunset cruise on a catamaran. Amidst that beautiful backdrop, Danny got down on one knee and popped the question. Through tears and laughter, Kaitlin happily said yes and champagne soon followed. Seconds later, the Captain brought us our coordinates of the exact spot where we started the rest of our lives— 24° N 81° W
