Little ones are welcome, but fair warning-this party leans more “cocktails and dance floor” than “juice boxes and bedtime”! Do whatever makes your night the most fun!!
Dress your country best! Boots, denim, button ups, and dresses welcome! Cowboy classy only! Skip the tears and t-shirt! Please avoid flip flops, ripped jeans, t-shirts, and short dresses.
Whiskey, beer, and good times on us! We will have a brisket supper provided by Scraps catering. We are also providing a serve yourself open bar, please note during cocktail hour we will only be serving a premixed speciality cocktail designed by Kyla Stephen or beer to ensure people get through quickly and be seated by the start of reception. Dessert options will be homemade cookies and brownies provided by Rebecca Graham.
For the ceremony we’re going unplugged, no phones, just love. Afterward y’all can snap away! The wedding will have a professional photographer, we ask you keep your phones in your bag or pocket during the ceremony so our photographer can capture our special moment that we are sharing with the rest of you. Phones are welcome in the reception. There will also be a Photobooth provided that will print photo strips for you to keep!
We ask that you RSVP all persons in your party by October 1st, 2026. This ensures that we can correctly plan for the amount of meals, dessert, drinks, and seating.
We will have an outdoor ceremony if weather permits. If the weather does not permit (thanks Kansas) we have the space for an indoor ceremony. The reception will be an indoor/outdoor environment. The venue has an overhead garage door that opens to an activity turf space where the open bar is located. Smoking/vaping is allowed anywhere outdoors.
We have a hired Valet service through the venue, they will park your vehicles for you with no fee.
