Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking in Downtown Harrisburg! We encourage our guests to utilize parking on State Street or any other parking they find near the Civic Club, as it's free to park in Downtown after 5PM. To get from Front Street to the Capitol, we'll be providing a Trolley to all of our guests (more information below).

Question

What is the Trolley Schedule?

Answer

We will be providing a Trolley for our guests to get from the Civic Club to the Capitol Building and back! We encourage our guests to park near the Civic Club so that after the reception your vehicle will already be nearby. The Trolley Schedule is as follows - From the Civic Club of Harrisburg to the Capitol for the Ceremony: 3PM & 3:30PM & 3:55PM From the Capitol Complex back to the Civic Club for the Reception (we encourage close family to wait for the later Trolley cars so we can take photos together at the Capitol): 4:45PM (Extended Guests) & 5:10PM (Bridal Party and Close Family) For any handicapped guests that might be attending - the Trolley is not wheelchair-accessible, so please reach out to us for more information regarding transportation.

Question

Will there be an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

We won't be having an open bar at any point during the reception. We will be having a prosecco toast, along with a signature mocktail, soda, and coffee!

Question

What will the COVID-19 protocols be?

Answer

We ask that all guests take a COVID-19 test before attending any of the wedding related events to help protect other guests and staff. If one of our guests does test positive before the wedding, we ask that you let us know via text and that you (along with the rest of your party) stay home and we will get together to celebrate in the future! Additionally, if you do test negative but have been sick with any illness in the two weeks proceeding the wedding or have knowingly come in contact with anyone with COVID, we ask that you and your party all wear masks. We appreciate everyone still taking precautions with this, as we have several guests who can't risk getting sick!
