What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3:00. Please plan to arrive early enough to give yourself time to park and make your way to the ceremony location. Note: As the wedding venue is a hotel, there is plenty of free parking available.

Can we bring our child to the wedding?
Answer
Although we love kids, we kindly request that only those addressed on the invitation attend our wedding. Aside from our nieces and nephews, this is an adults-only event!

Will there be an after party?
Answer
We know it’s a Sunday, but anyone who wants to continue celebrating is welcome to join us at Tavern. It is located inside the hotel and has a cash bar. The wedding reception officially ends at 8:30, so plan to head over to Tavern after that if you’d like!

Is the ceremony outside?
Answer
The ceremony is slated to take place in the outdoor stone garden, weather permitting. As New England weather can be unpredictable, bring a light jacket if you think you might be cold. The cocktail hour and reception are both indoors.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony or reception?
Answer
YES! As long as you are not getting in the way of our photographer, we encourage you to capture as many moments as you can for us!

Where can we find your gift registry?
Answer
We mean it when we say your presence at our wedding is the best gift we can ask for. The two of us have lived on our own for the last several years and already have many essential household items. However, if you wish to give us a physical present, we have put together a registry of “wish-list” items which can be found on this website. It would be very much appreciated, but certainly not expected. We both LOVE receiving cards with personal messages in them. We will have a card box at our reception and would be grateful to receive a card from you that we can hold onto forever!

If we are traveling to attend the wedding, where can we stay overnight?

Good news — we’re getting married at a hotel! How convenient for you! You can call the hotel directly 203.264.8200 and PRESS SIX to speak with the front desk team. In order to get the secured rate, you need to mention our last names (Klein and Maddocks) to be placed into the block. At that time you will be required to provide your personal information and a credit card to guarantee the room reservation. Nothing will be charged until check in. Please note that the cutoff for the room block is 45 days prior to the wedding.
