When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026 at Hotel Haya in Ybor City, Tampa, FL. More details can be found in your formal invitation.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Tampa (TPA) is the largest and closest to the wedding celebrations. St. Petersburg/Clearwater (PIE) is also a local option.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie optional and we prefer you choose dark or jewel-toned colors to best fit the aesthetic.

Where can I park upon arrival?

Answer

On-site valet is available at Hotel Haya and can be used overnight at the hotel's rates. Street, garage, and public lots may also be utilized.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 6:30 PM. We request that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests that were formally invited and listed on your wedding invitation unless discussed personally. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

This is an adults-only event with the exception of the groom's son. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night and let yourself get rowdy!

Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors, and the cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor space.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that you keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present in the moment when we say "I do." We have hired professional photographers to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, please take as many photos and videos as you like!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Don't insult us like that. Beer, wine, liquor, and a specialty cocktail along with NA beverages are all on us for the night!
