Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! We would love to celebrate with your whole family! Keep in mind that we're planning an evening wedding that might run into bed times. We are also taking the chairlift to the ceremony on the summit. Schweitzer can provide high chairs for little ones for dinner. Please let us know if you'd like one.

Will we be taking the chairlift?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be at the top of the mountain (weather dependent). Guests will ride the chair up and down, unless you want to take a two mile hike. For the real little ones, Schweitzer requires you either hold your little one or use a front carrier. They don't allow car seats or backpacks on the chair.

Breyden skied at Schweitzer throughout college and then taught Kait how to ski there, with the help of the officiant, Will, and others. Plus, it's beautiful and who wouldn't want to spend a weekend there?
