Sparks were flying the day we met!! No, really! Literal sparks were everywhere! It just cannot be helped in a welding shop. AJ’s Aunt Toni both gave us a heads up that we would be in the same welding class but never did we imagine finding “Our Person” this way. It took AJ 4 months to work up the nerve to ask Kaisey out on their first official date (12/17/2016), and the rest is history. Reyk, Kaisey’s four-legged fur daughter, fell in love with AJ instantly. The family just wasn’t complete until AJ found Hank in the Home Depot parking lot. Kaisey graduated high school and junior college days apart and got engaged shortly after. In February 2019, they bought their first house together and started planning their wedding. July 17th was chosen as thier wedding day not to make it difficult for those wanting to attend but to keep with their 17th tradition (easier to remember for future anniversarries too)!
