I was a bartender at Pressbox, in Pocatello, ID. One of Kain's bosses and a co-worker would come in every Wednesday while I was bartending, but fast forward a few weeks and I was no longer bartending on Wednesdays because I had gotten an internship (Yay!). A few of my friends (Caleb, Jenny, Mckaylee and Josh) that frequented Pressbox and I decided to meet for dinner one Wednesday after I was done with my internship. Sure enough, my two favorite bar guests were sitting in their usual spot, and then walks in Kain to sit with them. I turned and saw him walk in, but didn't think much about it (sure he was cute, but I was having fun talking to everyone!) -If you really want a good story, I love when Kain tells that part of the story- Then he sits by Paul and Hacho and I realize that's who he is there with. The bar was full and I felt bad that there was nowhere for him to sit. They had set up a chair for him that was in the server station (not a great place to sit and have a meal) so I offered to sit there and give him my seat up at the bar, and he did not accept. He didn't even pursue the slightest of conversation at that point. Fast forward again, and all my friends are sitting and talking together, and he's sitting across from me. We talked for a minute about his tattoos, but he really took interest in the fact that I couldn't wink. He actually made fun of me. But hey, I love a good joke. We ended up playing darts, foosball, and pool with his friends that night, and exchanged numbers... and we've been inseparable ever since.
