Yes! Please look at our Travel and Hotel Accommodations page for additional information on booking a hotel room.
There will be a complimentary shuttle service to the hotels listed in the travel and hotel section. The shuttle will run from 11:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m., with the final departure occurring at 12:15 a.m.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend that guests arrive by 3:30 PM so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will advise you if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will be able to attend the social hour and reception, so hang tight and we will see you there! Thank you for understanding.
Yes, there is complementary guest parking at the venue.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/ turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture this special day, and we would hate to have phones in their way! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
We love your little ones! however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event unless specified on your invitation.
