Question

When should I arrive on the wedding day?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM and we would love to see your beautiful faces on time!

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire with a relaxed, outdoor vibe. For men a suit (tie optional) and for women, a dressy jumpsuit or knee length or longer summer dress. We invite guests to lean into summer colors and floral prints.

Are children welcome at the event?

Answer

While we adore your little ones we've chosen to make our wedding an adults - only affair (unless otherwise specified in your invite).

Have you reserved hotel accommodations for guests?

Answer

Please see the "travel" tab for information on how to book. We have a limited amount of cabins on hold up to 2/7/2026 that are first come, first serve.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation. Please plan accordingly with a sober driver if you are not staying at the resort. There are no Ubers in the Mammoth area but there is a scheduled taxi service.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception!

Will the wedding take place indoors our outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors followed by a reception in an indoor space. Be sure to check the weather and dress comfortably for both settings!

What is the weather like during the time of the wedding.

Answer

Weather during the day can be in the high 70-80 degrees and in the evening low 50-60s. The weather can be unpredictable so be sure to check the weather app a couple days prior so you can dress accordingly!
