Yes, Downingtown Country Club has plenty of free, on-site parking available for all of our guests. A golf cart will be available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property.
Yes, we've secured a block of rooms at both the Sheraton Great Valley and Hampton Inn by Hilton hotels which are located about 10 minutes from Downingtown Country Club. To take advantage of the group discount, you must book your room before April 16, 2025. Please note the hotel block is on a first-come, first-served availability.
Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation. This will help to ensure that we are surrounded by our close family and friends. We appreciate your understanding!
We love your little ones as much as you; however, our wedding is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your children at home so that you can celebrate with us!
Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors and our reception will be held indoors. Cocktail hour will be held both outdoors and indoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
During our ceremony, we invite you to sit back, relax, and be present in this beautiful moment with us! Our amazing team of professionals will capture every moment of our ceremony. We respectfully ask that you tuck away your mobile phones and cameras. In appreciation, we will happily share our images with you later. Once cocktail hour begins, you are more than welcome to take photos.
Yes! We will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property. Additionally, there is an elevator that is available next to the steps for entrance into the cocktail area and reception ballroom.
DUH! We will be providing a full OPEN bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, wines, and seltzers. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the open bar; however, we expect all guests to be on their best behaviors ;)
