When do I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us in our planning process, we ask that you kindly RSVP by October 14, 2024 by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above on this website.

Where will the wedding be?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will take place at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in LaCoste, Texas and our reception will take place at Sandy Oaks Ranch in Devine, Texas. Please see the "schedule" tab for the addresses.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those names formally invited on your invitation.

What time will the ceremony start?

The ceremony will start at 3:00pm.

What time should I arrive to the wedding ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to find your seats.

What if I can't make it?
Answer
Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will Not Attend." If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Kailyn or Javier.

Are children invited?
Answer
While we adore all the little ones in our lives, we have opted for an adult-only celebration to ensure that everyone can relax and enjoy the festivities. We hope you understand our decision, and we look forward to celebrating this special day with you.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Our wedding will be a semi-formal dress code. For gentlemen, this typically means blazer/dress coat with slacks or suit and tie, and for ladies, cocktail length dress or dressy separates. We ask that there are no jeans worn on this special day.

Can I wear white, ivory, or cream color attire?
Answer
No, we kindly ask to remember these colors are only for the bride on her special day.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony (church)?
Answer
In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives. We are having an "un-plugged" ceremony. We have professional photographers and videographers who will capture those special moments and we would hate for their shots to have phones or people blocking them. After the ceremony we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away.

Yes, of course! We welcome you to share our special day.

What time does the wedding end?
Answer
All good things must come to an end. Our wedding will end at 11:30 p.m.

Will the wedding take place indoors our outside?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.
Question
What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Cocktail hour at the venue will begin at 5:00pm. You are welcome to make your way to the venue after ceremony, but please keep in mind no one will be allowed in venue until cocktail hour begins.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
If we do not receive a RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner they have given to us and we cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Please keep in mind showing up to the wedding without an RSVP means no seat nor food.

What happens if I am late to the ceremony?
Answer
It is at the discretion of our wedding planner whether they can seat you without causing a disturbance, but the likelihood is that you will be asked to wait outside until the ceremony is finished. This is why we ask to please arrive 15-30 minutes earlier to find a seat.
