We have a hotel block at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Montgomery, NY. This is reserved for 8/30/25-9/1/25. You may call the hotel direct line at 845.457.7373 to make reservations. Reference the Duff Sergeant wedding or Group Code: DSW. The block will close 30 days before arrival. Pricing is $219 per night for a standard room and $248 per night for a suite.
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. Those who would like to wear a dress can wear sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Alternatively, guest can wear a light dress shirt or polo, with khakis or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are optional.

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding! Thinking of everyone can be impossible. If we missed someone, please let us know!
In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding day to be for those 16+. While there will be children in our wedding party, our guest list is limited to those on the invitations. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to attend our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!
No, there will be parking at the venue, which is just a quick 5 minute drive to the hotel.
We're excited to celebrate with you! There will be an open bar. Please drink responsibly and have a way to get home or to the hotel as there will be no transportation provided.
We will be serving a sit down, buffet-style dinner. There will be a selection of food stations with several type of cuisine to choose from. There will be gluten free options. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
