It’s Happening!

For those of you who don’t know, Horacio (or how he is better known -Chino) and I met at Napa Auto Parts in our little home town of Blackfoot. He works as a manager there, and I was hoping to quit my current job to look for something with better pay. Lucky for me, Chino thought it would be smart to hire the cute little blonde as a delivery driver! LOL I can’t say that it was love at first sight. In fact, I don’t think we even relatively liked each other. I found out later that he had been looking for a good excuse to fire me for MONTHS! Rude. I remeber the day that I started to fall for him, though, and I think that is the story you all will want to hear. I had just gotten out of a bad relationship that wasn’t going anywhere, by any means, but the break up was harder than usual. I had gotten myself into deeper trouble not even a week later, and it was as if I just kept sinking into the little rut that I had dug for myself. I was surrounded by people who cared and wanted to help, but I don’t think I have ever felt as alone as I did then. Due to the odd circumstances, I felt it best to confide in Chino in case anything else where to prevent itself. After I told him what was going on, he just looked at me for a second, then without hesitation, he grabbed the back of my neck and he pulled me into his chest. He wrapped me up and just squeezed me. It was the first time I had really felt safe with another person for a long time. I didn’t know I was falling for him then, of course, but I knew I could trust him. After that, Chino and I started to grow closer as friends, and things progressed into him eventually popping the big question! I couldn’t be more grateful for this man of mine, and I look forward to spending eternity with him! Love you stinky
