If you're arriving to town early, join us for Happy Hour on Friday night! This will be a great opportunity to catch up with the Bride & Groom, get to know the wedding party, and get the festivities started!! Small hors d'oeuvres will be served and a full bar will be available.

Trolley to Venue

There will be a trolley departing from the Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota to provide free transportation to the wedding venue. Even if you are not staying at the Ritz, you are more than welcome to catch a ride.
Wedding Ceremony

Please arrive by 3:30PM so that we can start the ceremony promptly at 4. The reception will follow.
Trolley to the Ritz & Downtown Sarasota

Whether you are looking for a way back to your hotel, or you want to continue partying the night away, we will have Trolleys available for you to hitch a ride downtown Sarasota. Stop 1: Ritz-Carlton. Stop 2: Gator Club.
