When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP whenever you are able. We will need everyone to RSVP officially by September 1st, 2026 to get a final head count for all of our vendors!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please fill it out when you RSVP with specifics on how we can best accommodate you on our special day. Feel free to reach out to us personally as well!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttle busses transporting guests from our hotel block at the Denver Marriott West (in Golden) to our beautiful mountain venue (North Star Gatherings)! If you drive, there is a total of 45 parking spots at the venue - so there will be plenty of room for this option. The venue sits along a smooth dirt road with two routes from the hotel - one that is smooth through Evergreen and one with mild switchbacks through Idaho Springs. We do encourage our guests to use the shuttle busses if you are feeling uneasy about getting to the venue independently. If you plan on enjoying a few drinks during the celebration, we especially recommend using the shuttle for everyone's safety and peace of mind. When you RSVP, please let us know if you foresee yourself using the shuttle bus, so that we may plan accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block placed at the Denver Marriott West in Golden, and this is the pick up/drop off location set for our shuttle service to transport guests to the venue. Feel free to stay wherever suits your needs most, but we recommend staying here if you do plan to use the shuttle service!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Little ones are welcome if they are listed on your invitation as guests! We tried our best to touch base with you all regarding kiddos, but if we did miss a member in your family, please let us know so that we can take that into consideration.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having our Welcome Party at Goosetown Station on 10/2 at 6:30 PM, so please join us for dinner and for drinks on the eve before our wedding. If you'd like the festivities to keep running after our wedding, come hang with us at our After Party at Ace Hi-Tavern in Downtown Golden! Shuttles will be escorting guests from the venue to the bar on the night's end. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
