What time should I arrive by?

Answer

We advise guests to get there 15-20 minutes early before our ceremony. Once the procession begins, late guests will be asked to wait to enter until after the ceremony.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday, September 13th, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as "not attending".

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside and the wedding reception will be held inside.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there is no specific color to wear, please dress formal.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If the name is on our guest list or RSVP list, then yes. If the name is not on the list, then no. Please understand that we are limited to the amount of individuals that can be accommodated.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we request that no children attend our wedding. There will be loud music and alcoholic beverages. We hope everyone can take advantage of this child free night to let loose and enjoy themselves!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We ask that you do not take pictures as we are having an "unplugged ceremony" meaning that no photography or videography is to take place. We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture this moment and will share them with you once we receive them! You may take pictures before and after the ceremony, though!

Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

We have rooms blocked off at Hampton Inn Shrewsbury, in New Freedom, PA. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the venue. Please call and request a room as soon as possible under "Plunkett/Davis Wedding" and the code will be 'PDW' We have rooms blocked off from Friday-Sunday, when calling to book please specify if you need to reserve both nights or just Saturday night.
