Where is the wedding being held?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Navarra Gardens. The ceremony will be held outdoors at the Riverside Oak Grove, and the reception will be held indoors at the event center.

When is the wedding?

Monday, May 18th, 2026 @ 3 pm. We are asking that guests arrive between 2:15 pm and 2:45 pm.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than 4/1/26. This will allow us time to finalize headcounts with vendors and plan accordingly.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes! We are offering bus transportation from Spirit Mountain Hotel to Navarra Gardens and back to Spirit Mountain. In order to be included in the transportation, you MUST let us know that you need transportation while RSVPing in the RSVP portal. If you opt to ride the bus, we will provide more information regarding drop-off and pickup closer to the date of the event.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love the little ones, we are keeping this event for ages 21 and over, with the exception of one guest who is a part of our wedding party.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We want this event to be on the smaller and more intimate side. With this in mind, we ask that only those named on the invitation RSVP and attend the ceremony and reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There will be parking onsite at the venue. There should also be some signage directing towards the parking lots.

How do I find parking when I arrive?
Answer
Upon arrival, turn right off Yamhill River Road, and keep to the right down the gravel driveway. There will be signage directing you towards parking.

Is this event outdoors or indoors?
Answer
Both! The ceremony will be outside, and some parts of the reception will be indoors. The weather in Oregon can be unpredictable, so in the event that it rains, we will likely move the ceremony inside.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail/semiformal. Our wedding colors are dusty rose pink & sage green, but we ask that only the wedding party wear those colors. We also ask that guests avoid wearing white. We suggest keeping an eye on the weather in the days leading up to the wedding and planning to dress accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please inform the bride or groom ASAP about food allergies and dietary restrictions so that we can try to accommodate them.

Will there be alcohol provided?
Answer
Beer and wine will be provided during the cocktail hour and reception. We will not be serving hard liquor at this event.

Are cellphones/photos allowed during the ceremony and reception?
Answer
We would like to have an unplugged ceremony. This means that we kindly request that guests refrain from using cellphones and other devices during the ceremony. We will be having a professional photographer and will be happy to share the photos once we receive them. Cellphones and photos are allowed and encouraged during the reception.

What is the best airport to fly into?
Answer
It takes about the same amount of time to drive to the venue from the Portland and Eugene airports. Eugene is smaller and easier to navigate, but you may find cheaper flights and better options for car rentals through Portland.

What hotels are nearby?
Answer
The nearest hotel to Navarra Gardens is Spirit Mountain, which is less than 10 minutes away. You could also search for some local AirBnbs or stay a little further out. Dallas is about 20 minutes away from the venue, McMinnville is about 25 minutes away, and Salem is about 30 minutes away. Regardless of where you stay, please note that the venue is located away from everything, so the drive to your hotel after the reception will be in the dark with very little in terms of street lights.
