A complimentary 56-passenger shuttle will be available to transport guests from our hotel blocks to the venue. Seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be prepared to Lyft or Uber if the bus fills up. To the Venue: * 4:00 PM: Pickup at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bradenton Downtown/Riverfront * 4:15 PM: Pickup at Hampton Inn & Suites Bradenton Downtown Historic District The shuttle will pick up passengers at both hotels before heading to the venue. Please be ready and waiting at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time, as the shuttle will depart promptly. Important: If the shuttle reaches capacity before your stop or you’re unable to board, we kindly ask that you Uber or use another rideshare service to the venue. Don’t worry—you’ll still be able to take the complimentary shuttle back to the hotels after the reception. Return to the Hotels: The shuttle will make three return trips from the venue to both hotels: * 8:15 PM * 9:15 PM * 10:15 PM We can’t wait to celebrate with you, and we appreciate your flexibility as we work to accommodate everyone!
