Where is the party located?

Answer

Abita Roasting Company on the Northshore, about 38 miles north from the city of New Orleans, LA in Madisonville, LA. We have the back garden and side building rented but the front of the restaurant is still open to normal guests so be mindful of that please. Please consider carpooling but there is free parking along the river and a small parking lot for the restaurant.

What should I bring?

Answer

Please feel no obligation to bring anything. If you want to buy alcohol, you will need to bring money to pay for that since it is not included in the dinner. No outside food or beverage is allowed. We do have a registry but knowing that most of you are making a huge drive we really are just honored to have you come at all!

Will there be an open bar or catering?

Answer

We will have a buffet dinner and desserts provided by the restaurant's own catering plus cake. Drinks will be self serve for water, tea, sodas, coffee, and root beer or self pay for alcohol if you'd like! There will be vegetarian and omnivore offerings but if you have any allergies let us know and we can curate a list of safe foods.

What attire is appropriate?

Answer

Cocktail, anything dressy enough for a church service is plenty fine with us. The party will be both indoors and outdoors.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome but if you plan to bring children that are not already listed when you RSVP please add their names on so we can account for them. Children ages 3-12 will need to select their meal preferences ahead of time so please get with Kailey.
