FAQs

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kingly ask that guest refrain from wearing the color blue as we have reserved that color to a special someone for the brides “Something Blue”. Also, we ask that ladies refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne, or cream color attire.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love little ones! However, due to the limitations of the venue, we are asking guest to refrain from bringing kids unless in the wedding party. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents and a fun date night!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest will be listed on your invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding.

Question

When should I RSVP by and what happens if I do not make the deadline?

Answer

We are asking guest to RSVP by a designated date to be determined closer to time. It can be done directly through the website. As the reception will feature a plated dinner service and we must submit exact guest counts, the entree order, and exactly where guests are seated within the reception hall, we will not be able to accommodate guests that do not RSVP for this event. We would love to have everyone there and cannot wait to share this milestone with the people we love most. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

As the wedding is in May and in Florida climate, the dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses ranging from knee to ankle length dresses. Gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot for all guest at the venue!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony start time and list of events will be listed in the schedule tab. We suggest arriving to the ceremony 15-30 minutes prior to the start time to make sure the schedule stays on time. Once the ceremony starts, no guest will be let into the ceremony area and can join the event at the start of cocktail hour!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Question

What color is the wedding party wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids are wearing espresso brown and the groomsmen are wearing various shades of tan/brown. Parents and grandparents are wearing various shades of sage green

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

To make things easier, we have registered with the Zola site so that it can be linked straight to this website. Please do not feel the need to buy a gift from the registry, your presence at the wedding will be the greatest gift you could give us!
