We know that a that a commitment to celebrate in November may not be possible for everyone, and that's completely okay. We chose to have a small, private marriage ceremony in August, surrounded by a handful of our closest family and friends. This November's gathering is simply an opportunity to celebrate their marriage with the many people who have supported and cared about us along the way. We wanted to make sure those we care about were included and had the opportunity to celebrate with us if you'd like. Whether you're able to attend or cheering us on from afar, please know your love and support mean so much to us. We know this wedding may look a little different than the traditional format many are used to and honestly… that's fine by us. We are excited to begin our life together and start this next chapter rooted in our shared faith, values, and desire to live together in the same place. For those invited to witness their vows, please know this will be a brief ceremony rather than a full traditional wedding event. No food or refreshments will be served, but there will be plenty of love, happy tears, and probably a little nervous laughter. We look forward to celebrating more fully with everyone on November 6.
