Question

How do I get to the Bridge View Room at Windows on the River?

Answer

The Bridge View Room is located on the second floor. When you walk in the front doors of Windows, the aquarium will be to your right and a flight of stairs in front of you. You will need to take that first flight of stairs up and then take the additional flight of stairs to the second floor of Windows. The Bridge View Room will be to your left. You can also take an elevator up that is located past that first flight of stairs upon walking in the front doors.

Will there be transportation provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes!! We will have a 24 passenger limo bus available to guests at the hotel starting at 4:30pm to bring them to the wedding venue. The driver will make multiple trips to ensure everyone makes it to the venue prior to our ceremony at 5:30pm - the last trip will leave at 5:15pm. That same limo bus will be available to bring guests back to the hotel at any point throughout the night. We will have access to the limo bus until 11:30pm, or later if needed, to ensure everyone gets back to the hotel safely.

Will I have to pay to park at the venue?

Answer

No - as of right now the lot outside of Windows on the River is NOT charging for parking. However, in the event they do resume charging guests to park in that lot prior to our wedding day, we will make sure parking vouchers are available for any guests that plan to drive to the wedding.

What time can I check into my hotel room with the wedding block?

Answer

Check in at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel begins at 4pm. Early check in cannot be guaranteed by the hotel; however, if you do arrive early and your room is not ready, the hotel staff can store your luggage behind the front desk in a secure location. Additionally, guests must check out of the hotel by 11:00am.

What time do I have to check out of the hotel?

Answer

Guests must check out by 11am. We will have breakfast vouchers available to anyone who wants to join us for one last wedding weekend celebration that Sunday morning at the Renaissance. More details on timing for breakfast to come.

Question

What is the cost for parking at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel?

Answer

There is a garage connected to the hotel with the entrance being located off of West 3rd and Superior Ave. Valet parking is available for $39 per night per vehicle. You also have the option to self-park for $34 per night per vehicle.
