Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. The wedding invite will specify exactly who is invited.

Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There is ample parking at the church; therefore we will not have reserved transportation. We recommend using Uber/Lyft service to get to the reception if you will be drinking; although we WILL have free parking at Vue Columbus with a parking pass that you will receive at the ceremony. We will also have transportation arranged to shuttle guests back to the hotel following the reception at Vue Columbus at the end of the evening.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Wear dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Is the couple registered anywhere else other than Zola?

Answer

We exclusively utilized Zola because we wanted to get the "best bang for the buck" for our guests. This website allowed us to compare prices from many different companies and link items that were more budget-friendly.

Question

I thought a hotel was reserved at the Quality Inn and Suites for the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, the hotel was sold and our reservation did not get transferred over to the new owners. The Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbus Downtown is now the hotel we have a block of rooms reserved for our guests. Please note there are large conventions in town the week of the wedding and most hotels in the area will sell out!
