Robin and I met at Hume-Fogg High School. Two of our friends were dating at the time, and they introduced us to one another! We spent time together becoming bestfriends. We actually dated for a short amount of time in highschool (30 days to be exact). Over the years we remained friends. We reconnected in May of 2019. After some messaging back and forth on Instagram, Robin and I decided we would hangout with a group of our friends. I got lucky, because he was in town for the weekend visiting his family. After that night of hanging out and laughing and dancing, we were inseparable.

We flew out to Charlotte, NC to visit some of our closest friends. The first night we arrived we planned to go to some breweries and have fun catching up with one another. Everyone is at Protagonist, a local brewery in Charlotte, and all of the sudden everyone is ready to go to the next bar Sycamore. Little did I know… Robin would propose to me in the same place he asked me to be his girlfriend. The moment was so special.
