Honolulu Zoo
The zoo has all sorts of animals great for all ages. They also have a playground inside for young ones and older ones!
Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Garden
You will be right under the Ko'olau mountain range. There are a couple paths that you can walk around and see other plants or lakes. Military free, civilians $5 (I think)
Hanauma Bay
One of the best places to snorkel on island. It is $20 per person to get down there though. Other great snorkeling options are Eletric Beach (west side) or Sharks Cove (north shore)
Mokoliʻi
Also known as China Man's Hat. You can rent a kayak for a few hours and paddle out to it then there is a hike to get to the top. You can rent the kayak through the MWR on the MCBH for military. If not military, you can rent the kayak through Ohana Kayak Rentals
Sea Life Park Hawaii
Also, another great activity for kids. They have live shows that run about every hour and they have some interactive areas with birds, fish etc.
Three Tables Beach
Our favorite place to watch sunset, we set up our hammock grab a burger from across the street and just hangout. Also, a great place to stargaze since there is not a lot of light pollution on North Shore
Tropics Mini Golf
A fun tropical golf course for just two or a group. Try to make reservations because they do book up fast.
White Plains Beach
Our favorite place on island to surf! It is great for beginners or even intermediate, let us know if you want to borrow some boards and we will throw you ours.
Crouching Lion
This is my favorite hike it is short but pretty steep so make sure you are prepared (water, snack etc.) Great views when you get to the top! There is also a great restaurant below also called Crouching Lion.
Kualoa Ranch
There is so much to do here from horseback riding, atv tours, ziplines and so much more. You could spend a whole day here is you wanted.
Deep Blue Eco Tours
Shark diving really is a crazy experience. The adrenaline rush mixed with the excitement mixed with the fear of getting eaten was definitely a crazy experience, but I would not recommend this enough!
Mermaids Cave
Mermaids Cave is pretty cool you have to go when it is low tide. It is on the west side of the island which just means a lot of locals. But it is a touristy place just remember to respect the island and clean up your trash. If you need help finding the hole call Phil or I and we will help guide you.
Paradise Cove Luau
Go to a luau! They are actually so fun and it is very interesting to hear about the culture and it comes with a show and usually drinks. We went to the Paradise Cove Luau but they are all pretty much the same
Waimea Bay
This is a great beach for the younger crowds. In the summer the water is reflective if no wind and you can also jump off the rock into the ocean. Parking sucks so get there early if you want a good spot.
Koko Head
Koko head is not for the weak make sure you go at sunset or sunrise because it is way too hot during the day. BRING WATER
Moanalua Middle Ridge
Very pretty walk/hike along a waterfall flowing down the mountain
Kaʻena Point Trailhead (West Side)
Ka'ena Point connects the most west and north point of Oahu. My favorite side is the west side hike but the north side hike is pretty as well. 8/10 times you will see a seal on this hike. Bring water there is not a lot of shade on this trail.
Golf
Oahu has the most beautiful golf courses I have ever seen. If you need a golf partner Phil is at your service from sunrise to sunset.

This is one of our favorite burger places on island!
Seven Brothers - Haleiwa
Our other favorite burger place on island. There are other locations as well! Our favorite burger is the Shez's Paniolo
Chile Relleno
Looking for some good authentic Mexican this is your place! Customer service is beyond amazing as well.
Catania Ristorante Italiano
Amazing Italian, lady is sweet and attentive.
Ricado's Italian Restaurant
Another great Italian restaurant and again great customer service
E.A.R.L. Kakaako
Want an amazing sandwich this is your place. Order ahead because they are usually pretty busy.
Island Patty
If you love Jamaican empanadas you have to try this place. The lady makes them fresh every morning, definitely go with the beef don't even worry about trying the chicken or pork ones, just trust me.
Dave's Ice Cream at Aiea
Want some ice cream? Philip and I love this place they make their own Kona coffee ice cream and it is a fan favorite along the whole island.
Black Sheep Cream Co.
If you want the freshest ice cream on island, then go here. They make fresh ice cream everyday which means they usually sell out especially on weekends so go sooner rather than later. They also do ice cream flights a great way to try multiple kinds at once.
Paradise Ciders
They have local fruit flavored ciders and plenty to choose from. If you don't know what to do one night they do something every night between bingo, trivia etc.
Aloha Beer Company
Just in town and don't know what to do well take a few minutes to grab a drink here and relax on their patio.
Waikiki Brewing Company - Waikiki
Can't come to Waikiki without going to their brewery
