Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

Can our kids come?

Answer

Although we love all of your little ones, we prefer for this to be an adults-only affair. The one exception is for immediate family only, whose invitations have specified that their kids are welcome to attend. We hope you understand, as space is limited and many of our guests are parents.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is black tie optional. No night like New Year's Eve! We ask that men wear tuxedos or dark suits, and women wear full-length dresses. The more glam, the better... bring on the sparkle! For the girls - I would suggest using Rent the Runway for dresses! A great way to look glamorous on a budget!

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Parking is not provided by the Symphony Center, but there are plenty of garages and lots nearby. Due to the nature of the holiday, plan for traffic and higher rates.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place indoors, while the cocktail hour will offer the option to utilize the courtyard if weather permits (fingers crossed for a 70 degree Nashville NYE!)

Will there be an open bar?
