This love story began when they were just 15 years old, both entering their first real relationship. Even though they went to different high schools and only saw each other on the weekends, they made the most of each moment laughing and having fun together. Early on Zach texted Kailee saying that he couldn't wait any longer and that he had something very important to tell her, and that message became their first "I love you", which Kailee happily said right back. The two have been together for over 10 years now (officially since September 3rd, 2015) and have grown up side by side, even when things weren't always easy. In July of 2022, their family grew with the addition of their first dog Charlie. Whether they are playing softball, getting ice cream, or simply enjoying quality time together, their love continues to grow stronger- and they can't wait for what's next!

After many years together, Kailee was certain she knew what to expect and a proposal that year wasn’t it, so Christmas Eve 2024 was a total surprise.
