How Do I RSVP

When do I have to RSVP by

Answer

To provide our vendors will enough time to finalize details, we ask all RSVPs be submitted no later than September 11th, 2025.

What should I do if I can’t make it

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. If you already RSVPd “attending” but find out you cannot make it, please notify Kailee as soon as possible.

What if I don’t RSVP in time

Answer

If you do not RSVP by September 11th, 2025, you will be marked “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. This means, there will not be seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.

What time should I arrive

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o’clock in the evening. To ensure enough time for parking and settling in, we ask all guests arrive no later than 3:30pm.

Can I bring a guest

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you do receive a plus one, it will be stated on your invitation.

Can I bring my kids

Answer

We love your kiddos! However, we ask for this night to be an adults only event. We hope you take the opportunity to enjoy a fun date night.

Is there a dress code

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting a cocktail/ semi formal dress code for the evening. Wear whatever color you’d like, but please no white, off white, creams, beiges, white based dresses, or black.

What is cocktail/semi formal attire

Answer

Cocktail is a semi formal dress code that strikes a balance between formal and casual. For ease and comfort of our guests, please read below for more information: Gentlemen- Think suit! A dress shirt in either a solid color or a subtle pattern, dress pants or khakis, clean shoes. *tie optional *jacket optional *jeans optional Ladies- Knee length or longer dresses in any color or subtle pattern or a blouse and dress pant outfit with heels or dressy flats. Again, no white, off white, creams, beiges, white based dresses, or black. *no dresses above the knee *no sneakers or boots

What color are the bridesmaids wearing

Answer

All of the beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing black dresses. We ask all guests refrain from wearing black to ensure the ladies can stand out.

What are the wedding colors

Answer

Think earthy; black, creams, neutrals, and emerald green. Moms will be wearing emerald green while groomsmen and bridesmaids will be wearing black.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, cocktail/social hour will be indoor/outdoor, dinner and dancing will be indoors. We advise guests to check the weather and plan accordingly. Please wear shoes suitable for walking in grass.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue does not allow cars to be parked in their lot overnight. Please plan accordingly.

Will there be a shuttle service

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be providing a shuttle service. We ask all guests to plan accordingly.

Is there a cash bar

Answer

We are still finalizing the bartending details! We will update this question as soon as we are able.
