Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! For the ceremony: directly across the street from the Anacapa St. entrance is a four level parking garage ( City Lot #7) - 75 minutes free and $1.50 for each hour after that.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal and Spring Colors are welcome.
