FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline is May 1st, 2025 and if we do not receive your RSVP BY THIS DATE, we will be marking you as a “No”. Please note, we will not be able to make exceptions. Although we hand selected every person receiving an invitation, we completely understand if you are unable to make it! We love you anyways!!!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish we had unlimited funds to support this! Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated when you go to RSVP. When you RSVP, you will see the exact names of those invited and you may check all names “Yes” or “No” in your party.

Question

What if I want to change my RSVP from No to Yes AFTER deadline?

Answer

Although we want every single person to attend, we understand schedules, funds, and life don’t always align! Our deadline is for everyone’s benefit and we will need to enforce it to ensure smooth planning. If anything changes after May 1st please communicate it to us IMMEDIATELY. If you checked “No”, would like to change your answer to yes and it is past May 1, unfortunately we will have to stick to our guns. We will not be able to accommodate you. If you checked “Yes” but can no longer attend, we understand! Please communicate this IMMEDIATELY as it directly affects our catering, seating, and overall planning.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Great question! The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. We kindly ask that you arrive NO LATER THAN 3:00pm. This will allow you have enough time to park, use the restroom, sign our book, and find your seat. If you are not seated by 3:25pm, you will no longer be able to attend the ceremony and will need to wait until cocktail hour beginning at 4pm.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! We are having our meal catered and it is so important to us that everyone fills their belly with yummy food. Please reach out to Kaila and Damian privately ASAP to make arrangements!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be ample parking as well as Uber/Lyft available. If you plan on drinking, please plan accordingly. Your safety matters to us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our fall Earth-toned wedding, think Western vibes with a touch of your Sundays best! Men, feel free to rock jeans with cowboy boots and a nice top, or go for dress pants, dress shoes, and a nice shirt. Women, sun or cocktail dresses with boots or heels will be perfect! Our colors are warm, earthy neutrals. Since Texas weather loves to surprise us, be sure to bring options to stay comfy. This is your chance to wear that “I have no place to wear this” dress! Oh, and keep in mind there’s grass—just in case you’re planning on wearing heels. If you're unsure about an outfit or want some input, don't hesitate to send us a pic—we’re happy to help!

Question

Can we take photos or videos?

Answer

We love that you’re excited to capture the moment, but we kindly ask you to keep your phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing photographer to do their thing, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the moment with us. Don’t worry—once we’re officially husband and wife, you’re more than welcome to snap away! Thanks for understanding and celebrating with us!
