Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

January 10, 2026

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

“Florida Formal” wedding attire preferred; “Coastal Cocktail Chic” welcomed. NO black attire. Ladies: think a floor length, cocktail, tea length, knee length or midi dress in either spring or summer colors. You can be playful with accessories and unique silhouettes. Guys: think suit, sport coat, dress pants or khakis. Tie optional. Colors and patterns welcomed. No: black attire, jeans, shorts, tshirts, or flip flops. No Hawaiian shirts.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be inside the church, but the dinner will be outside under a tent on the water at the restaurant.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the church by 3:15pm to allow time for seating and restroom usage before the ceremony begins, as this ceremony will include a full mass. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date/plus one?

Answer

No. As much as we would love to have as many people as possible to celebrate with us, our guest list is limited and intimate. Please see the RSVP tab for your personal information and if we listed any other guests with your name.

Question

If my date/significant other can’t make it, can I bring someone else in their place?

Answer

No. Unfortunately since this is a small/intimate wedding, we do have an extensive backup list of family and friends we weren’t able to invite that we would love to extend an invitation to if someone can’t make it. Please let us know as soon as possible if you know you can’t make it.

Question

Can we bring our kid(s)?

Answer

No. The ceremony and reception dinner on Friday April 10th, will both be kid free events. As much as we love children, we would like this day to be adults only. However, the welcome event the day before the wedding and the beach/pool event the day after the wedding will be kid friendly.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel and church/restaurant?

Answer

No, transportation will not be available. Fortunately, the church is across the street from our recommend hotel (see travel tab for hotel info), and the church and reception restaurant both have plenty of free parking spaces available. The restaurant is nearby- only 3.8 miles from the church.

Question

Can I take pictures of the wedding inside the church?

Answer

No, this is an unplugged ceremony. We hired a professional photographer to take the pictures inside the church, and they are under strict photo restrictions outlined by the parish. We would like our family and friends to be fully present during this meaningful sacrament. Please also make sure to silence your devices before the ceremony begins. The bride and groom will not walk down the aisle until all electronic devices are put away.

Question

Who should I contact if I have any additional questions?

Answer

Please email the bride at KailaC10@yahoo.com with any questions and please include your phone number.
