Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked rooms at the Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach. You can find the link under the travel tab on our website.

What should I wear?

Answer

The welcome party will be dressy casual attire. - Think summer date night outfits (please avoid: jeans, tees, flip flops). The wedding will be cocktail attire. - For the ladies, knee length, midi or long dresses or chic pant suits. Vibrant colors or prints encouraged! - For the gentlemen, suits or slacks and a blazer.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Expected weather in late June will be low to mid 70's in the daytime and low 60's at nighttime. We recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket to each event. The welcome party will be at an open air restaurant. The wedding ceremony will be outside and the reception will be in an enclosed glass greenhouse.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

There are two large outdoor parking lots by the main entrance (yellow lot & red lot) off of Ecke Ranch Road. The Conservatory is located by the main entrance. Uber/Lyft drop off here as well. Garden map - https://sdbg.org/garden-map-list/
