What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the day. Please wear whatever color you like—however, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white or shades of white.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 12:45 PM to allow time to be seated. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

To help us prepare for our special day, we ask that RSVPs be completed by May 1st. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. We can’t wait to see you! Please contact us if your plans change. You can RSVP on the 'RSVP' tab.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do the venues have parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at both West Meadows Baptist Church and Villeneuve Community Hall, including accessible parking near the entrances.

Where should I sit?

Answer

The front rows of the ceremony will be reserved for immediate family, with open seating for all other guests. Ushers will be available to help guide you to a seat in the auditorium. For the reception, seating will be assigned, and a seating chart will be displayed on the day to direct you to your table.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know personally if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be transportation provided between the events?

Answer

Guests will need to arrange their own transportation between the ceremony and reception. There is a gap between the events, so we encourage you to take the opportunity to grab a coffee, explore the area, or relax before the celebration continues. Parking is available at both venues—please plan accordingly.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! For those who wish to give a gift, we have created a registry, which can be found on the ‘Registry’ tab. Gifts from the registry may be brought to the wedding.

Do you allow smoking or vaping at the wedding?

Answer

To ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside either of the venues. Thank you for understanding!
