When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive by 3:45pm to give you enough time to find your seat before the ceremony. The doors to the venue will open at 3:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, this event is semi-formal attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Parking is provided by the venue and can be found by searching for directions to Allied Arts Guild, Menlo Park.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! Please bring your little ones. If you are bringing children please indicate your total party number on the RSVP.

How do I take advantage of our group rate at the hotels?
Answer
Use the links in the "travel" tab to book with either hotel. NOTE THAT THE GROUP RATE IS ONLY GOOD UNTIL 4/11/25!!
